To solve this problem, I recently decided to ask ChatGPT, an AI, for advice on time management. 🤖💭
The advice I received from ChatGPT was incredibly practical and specific. It suggested "dividing your day into time slots, and figuring out what tasks are best to do during each time slot." 🗓️🕰️
Based on the advice 🎓 from ChatGPT, I created a new work schedule. Let's take a closer look at this schedule.
8:30-10:00 - 🚀 High-priority tasks (For example, planning new projects 🗒️, writing reports ✍️, etc. These are the deep work hours) 10:00-10:10 - ☕ Short break (Stretch and take deep breaths 🧘♀️) 10:10-11:30 - 📈 Next priority tasks (For example, meetings with the team 👥, updating work processes 🔄, etc.) 11:30-12:30 - 🍱 Lunchtime (Fully relax 💤) 12:30-14:00 - 📂 Relatively light tasks (Organizing data, responding to emails 📧, etc.) 14:00-14:10 - 🍵 Short break 14:10-16:00 - 🗃️ Last tasks of the day (For example, creating a task list for the next day 📅, tidying up the desk area 🗑️, etc.)
After following this new schedule for several weeks, my work efficiency improved significantly. 📈 One reason is that I maximized the time slots when I'm most focused 😄. Regular breaks also helped prevent fatigue from building up 🌈. Lastly, not only did the time it took to complete tasks decrease, but the quality of my work also improved 🎉.
